岗位职责：
工作内容：
1.从事公司VIP餐厅全部食品烹饪和管理工作
2. 吃苦耐劳，责任心强，服从公司安排。
3、制定菜单，对厨房的食品质量和食品供应负有直接责任，并负责与餐厅协调工作；
4、审核每天食品原料和其它生产用品的请购和领用；
5、负责厨房设备，用具的管理，更换和保养，负责对损坏的设备提出维修要求；
6、负责餐饮成本的控制，控制食品制作的成本率；
7、全面负责食品和食堂清洁卫生工作的管理；
8、负责厨房安全和防火管理工作。

岗位要求：
1.本市户籍优先；
2.有中餐厨师等级证书优先；
3.有大中型酒店从业经验5年以上，切配专精（冷盆，炉灶兼通为佳），操作技能优秀。
4.熟悉本地菜菜系。

培训经历 Training Experience:
1.SAP 操作
2.成本控制相关

经 验 Work Experience:5年以上成本管理经验

技能技巧 Skills&Competence:
1.熟练操作办公软件和了解常用IT硬件
2.熟悉SAP-PP/MM各项业务的操作流程
3.良好的英文读写能力
4.较强的学习能力
