a.汽车行业5年注塑成型模具开发经验和工作背景,熟悉注塑生产工艺
b.有丰富的模具设计和机加工经验
c.熟练的项目管理技巧
技能技巧 Skills&Competence:
a.熟练使用计算机相关工程软件,如 UG,Pre-E,IGS等
b.良好的语言表达沟通能力.英语可交流.
c.有机加工操作经验,有较强的动手能力

工作内容 Job Content:
a.根据客户和产品的要求，转化为注塑、注胶模具和支具的开模方案和加工要求；
b.参与新开模具和支具的前期设计评估，提出合理化改善建议；
c.在模具和支具开发过程中，按项目要求跟踪模具开发关键节点和制造质量，并确认供应商的执行效果；
d.主导新开模具和支具的试模、试产和确认验收评估工作，包括试模前期准备工作；
e.主导解决模具开发试模、试产和量产过程中产生的模具问题；
f.主导模具/治具修理维护方案的制定和执行
g.部门经理交待的其它待办事项
