This position manages mainly RM/part purchase plan making and delivery performance following up. Shall be responsible for all economics and cost savings plans and actions for all commodities purchased.
工作内容 Job Content:
SAP effective input, including price, payment term etc. according to signed quotation and contract.
Be responsible mainly RM/part purchase plan, including local and import.
Resolve all delivery problems, account Checking with suppliers
Achieve annual purchasing objectives
Prepare commodity forecast on a monthly and annual basis as compared to standard cost.
Track and analysize supplier performance on a monthly basis.
Relation management with suppliers
Ordering & Stock Control Management & Slow moving analysis
Outsourced part management
To work on continuous improvement tasks.
Temporary tasks authorized by supervisor.

岗位职责:(1)负责具体问题的解决、确保生产计划顺利完成;(2)协同车间所有班组进行安全文明生产培训,坚持安全第一原则,保证安全文明生产,监督员工按照操作规程操作,防止重大工伤事故发生;(3)协助车间或品质管理部门对一线员工进行定期培训,组织本班组员工开展工艺管理工作,指导一线员工严格执行操作规程、严肃工艺纪律、坚持质量第一原则;(4)提高员工积极性、能动性,挖掘员工潜力,全面开展IE工程优化作业,提高员工技能,加强工艺改进力度等,不断提高产效率、降低生产成本;(5)控制本班组产品质量、数量、工(料)废数量,并负责督促员工及工料类、区存放(6)加强与员工的沟通,及时向车间主管反映并解决员工工作中所遇到的实际困难;(7)工作需要交接班的做好交接班记录。任职要求:(1)高中(含)及以上学历; (2)年龄20-35岁; (3)电脑水平:会操作Office等办公软件;(4)掌握相关产品生产知识,了解生产动态和生产管理知识;(5)具有一年以上类似经验优先考虑。 [详情]
