熟悉制造业的管理模式和人力配置

◆优秀的自学能力、较强的动手能力和实践意识
◆流利的中英文口头及书面表达能力

工作内容：
1. 工作内容 Job Content: 日常生产管理 Daily production arrangement
&#******; 保证生产计划的平稳实施；
Keep production schedule running in good condition
&#******; 解决生产过程中的异常，潜在的问题的发现及拟定相应的解决方案；
Finds out and solves problem in production, and provide solution for the potential risks
&#******; 提高生产效率，降低员工的劳动强度
Improve production efficiency, and reduce manpower intensity
&#******; 整理及分析生产数据；
Collect & analyze data related to production activity
&#******; 监督生产所需原辅料、工具、设备等的使用情况；
Supervise on the conditions of RM, IM, equipments and machines in production line
&#******; 协助生产经理控制及维护本部门质量体系的正常运行；
Assist on Plant Manager to control and keep quality system smoothly within the department
&#******; 协助生产经理设计生产现场布局及人员配置；
Assist on Plant Manager make shop floor layout and manpower assignment
&#******; 组织对检验中发现的不合格品进行处理
Handle the rejected products during the process of quality inspection
2. 积累生产中的技术工艺KNOW-HOW，建立生产所必须的标准操作规程并在实践工作中不断完善及改进。
Build up production technique，make out SOP of production lines, update and improve with daily routines
3. 生产现场管理 shop floor management

4. 人员管理Manpower management

5. 加强与部门内各职能单位及与其他部门间的沟通，确保有序的生产活动。
