a. 项目阶段质量管理，先期产品质量策划；
b. PPAP文件准备，支持项目部门完成客户项目阶段质量要求；
c. 新项目检具开发；
d. 生产过程品质异常分析处理，措施追踪及效果确认；
e. 主导生产过程的持续改进；
f. 客户抱怨处理。
任职资格 Qualification:
教育背景：
学士学位，机械/材料相关专业
培训经历：
a. ISO/TS 管理体系要求， 公司品质管理系统要求
b. 公司纪律，安全要求。.
c. 公司生产过程实际操作，品质控制要点
d. 量具的使用及校准，
e. 工作知识/技能的提升所需的培训。
f. 客户特殊要求
经 验：5年以上汽车行业质量管理经验。
技能技巧：
a. 熟悉品质管理标准及实际工作执行要项，如ISO/TS ****** 标准要求，5 大工具的使用，VDA6.3/6.5审核要求。
b. 良好的语言表达沟通能力，一定的英语口语，书写能力及熟练使用计算机能力。
c. 较强的分析解决问题的能力。能快速，准确的解决现场品质问题
