1、参与项目的现场施工组织，遵守公司各级安全、质量管理制度；
2、确保进度按合同要求进行，熟悉合同及图纸，参加图纸会审、设计技术交底，负责交底记录整理、签收和发放，跟踪处理图纸会审中提出的问题，配合项目经理制定施工计划和施工组织设计；落实《施工组织设计》的实施情况；
3、严格落实劳务公司施工人员考勤制度，确保工人工伤意外保险生效，落实三级安全文明教育及劳动用工合同的签订及监督工人工资发放；
4、严格落实施工计划，积极处理施工现场突发状况和特殊状况；
5、组织施工所需要的材料及人员；
6、积极完善施工过程中的所有资料并存档，做到有据可查；
7、详细记录施工日志及质量安全管理工作记录；竣工后交付项目运营中心存档，以PPT文件形式进行工程总结；
8、负责完成项目竣工资料及项目决算资料的办理及交付，完成工程竣工验收和项目移交工作。
任职资格

2.能吃苦耐劳，接受长期出差；
3.土木建筑、安全管理、工程管理等相关专业。
