- Make the improvement plan and control the schedule.
- WI, PFMEA release.
- Increase mold capacity.
- Develop duplication mold and apply CER.
- Lesson Learn.
- Push the mold maintenance to reduce machine down time.
- College degree or above in mold design or machine design field.
- 5 years of working experience in mold design or mold improve field.
- Including 3 years of molding process experience.
- Extensive experience in plastic mold and molding.
- insert molding as well.
- Familiar with automotive industry specification.
- Proficient in Pro/E or UG, AUTO CAD, Power point, excel outlook.
