Job Description:
1. Marketing Development & product sales according to company strategy & sales objective;
2. To be the prime to draft & negotiate the agreement/contract between company & customer;
3. Establish & optimize S&M relative policy & process, improve the internal management for sales system;
4. Organize & lead the internal team (Customer service & Operation) to deal with customer’s order on time with excellent quality, and complete the payment cycle;
5. Be the project manager to provide the product design solution to customer with engineering team’s support
6. To be the prime to handle any customer complaint.
7. Approach the potential customer demand & turn into order.
8. Be the prime for customer satisfaction survey
9. Deep dive into interconnect industry, and get & understand the information of sales & product for interconnect industry, work out the planning proposal of company development strategy.
10. Complete any other task that manager assigns.
Major Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for sales revenue target
2. Be responsible for customer’s relationship.
KPI:
l. Sales Revenue
2. New Customer Quantity
3. New Project Quantity
Required Education & Training:
1. Electronics, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Computer or Sales & marking etc.
2. Bachelor or plus.
3. Training such as Interconnector related training, Communication, Marketing development, Project Management, PMP is preferable.
Experience:
3 years or plus, at least 1 year on sales & marketing.
Professional Skill:
1. Good at market development & sales strategy and planning, can identify the potential business & market sense, well know the interconnect industry market trend;
2. Have strong people communication, planning & implementation;
3. Professional at Problem analysis & Solving;
4. Can be on business trip in overseas often & alone, attend conference meeting at night when customer requests;
5. Excellent English at listen, read, write & talk;
6. Computer Skill: Office, OA & ERP;
7. Attitude: Honest, Responsibility & Enthusiasm;
8. Tight thinking, Rapid Feedback & say and do.
