2. Ensures products and service meet customer’s quality requirements, including set up and achievement of organizational quality target, establishment and implementation of corrective and preventive action, and quality continuous improvement 确保公司的产品和服务符合顾客的质量要求，包括组织质量目标的设立和达成，纠正和预防措施的制定和贯彻以及质量的持续改进
3. Supplier Quality Problems Solving & Improvement供应商质量问题解决和提高
4. Supplier Performance Review供应商业绩评估
5. Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented 通过提供适当的培训，辅导和轮岗机会支持员工发展; 确保绩效评估，接任人计划和其他人力资源项目的实施
Competency Requirements
能力要求：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上学历，机械、工程和相关专业优先
2. 5 years work experience in quality related function, with at least 2 years in management position, automotive industry experience preferred. 5年以上质量工作经验，其中至少2年担任管理职务，汽车行业优先。
3. Quality system knowledge (TS******, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.）质量体系知识（TS******, 控制计划，FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等）
4. Related product and process knowledge (e.g. Seating, interiors, trim, foam, etc.)相关产品和工艺知识（如座椅，内饰，面套，发泡等）
5. Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing 6西格玛 / 精益制造
