岗位职责 Job Responsibility1. Lead the supplier quality management team to support factory operations.2. Provide guidance and direction to staff on work methods and training supplier and subordinate .3. Focus on propellant and initiator supplier quality control and improvement.4. New component validation, incoming inspection control plan and WI approval. PPAP approval. 5. Existing supplier audit and performance review, handling complaint of supplier quality issues.6. Work with supplier to achieve continual improve in quality.7. Interface with functional managers to establish daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and milestones8. Responsible for the supplier quality performance, and excellent communication skills with internal departments and external parties.9. Cooperate with purchasing in supplier development and selection.10. Establish and maintain a good teamwork environment & motivate the team member and set up personal development schedule, set up employee KPI and check;质量环境与安全职责Responsibility for Quality/Environment/Safety Management System1.
