招聘对象： 社会人才
负责组织编写、改版飞机维修方案、最低设备清单；
负责组织建立适航指令、服务通告、技术文件的评估、执行及监控体系；
负责组织对飞机维修工卡、工程指令、技术通告等相关技术文件的编写和有效性控制；
负责航空器结构修理、改装和重大维修工作的技术支援；
负责建立发动机性能监控和可靠性工程调查，按需采取纠正措施；
参加公司购买、租赁及退租飞机和发动机的谈判；
负责与制造厂家建立工程技术支援。
任职资格：
45岁以下，大专（含）以上学历，民航维修相关专业，CET-4（含）以上（或同等水平）；
八年（含）以上航空器维修经验及三年（含）以上维修工程管理方面工作经验；
持有CAAC航空器维修人员基础执照，持有维修管理人员资格培训证书，持有庞巴迪环球快车系列机型Ⅱ类机型签署的优先；
熟悉生产系统工作流程；
具有良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳、踏实肯干的工作作风，有较好的服务意识和较强的责任心。
