Responsibilities 主要职责：
1) Collect and analyze related information in assigned area, including clients, market and channels. Make annual sales plan of concerned area for individual sales person accordingly.
收集和分析所负责区域的销售信息，包括用户、市场和渠道等信息。制定负责区域个人年度销售计划。
2) Fulfill the sales target of concerned area, negotiating with clients and agents, following up project and quotation, working on sales contract and collecting payment.
完成负责区域的销售目标。负责与直接客户和代理商的谈判，项目的跟踪和报价，拟定销售合同，协调销售合同的履行及款项回收。
3) Search for partner, develop and manage channel, keep good relationship with PSB and direct clients in assigned area.
寻找合作伙伴，进行区域市场代理商开发与维护，并与电气系统的直接用户保持良好的关系。
4) Develop market in assigned area, assist in new product launching. Giving suggestion according to character of assigned area, collect evaluation information.
负责销售区域市场的推广并协助新产品的市场推广。针对所负责销售区域的特点提出建议，并进行评估数据的收集。
5) Participate in after sales service, including coordinating exchange with agents, analyzing quality problem, training clients.
参与售后服务，包括参与协调代理商退换货，参与质量问题的分析， 对客户进行简单技术培训。

Education Qualification教育背景
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Electric Engineering, WIN or PV related field.
本科以上学历，电气或机电, 或风电等相关专业。
2) Major in engineering related field.
其他工科专业本科以上学历。

Job Requirements能力要求：
1) English language; 熟练的英语听说读写，能独立与国外客户交流；
2) Experience of at least 3-5 years in the WIND market (manufacturer, contractor, installation….)
3-5年或以上的风电相关行业的经验或背景；
3) Understanding of international business (most of the key players work in a global environment)
良好的沟通理解能力，能适应英文的工作环境或与外籍同事及客户的合作。
