Supplier Quality Problems Solving & Improvement供应商质量问题解决和提高:
Inspects incoming parts, analyzes incoming parts quality issues in production
对来料检验,生产线发生的来料质量问题进行分析
Establishes and tracks improvement action and constraint action
改进措施和遏制措施的制定和追踪
Works with purchasing and materials team, organizes supplier MQR meeting
和采购和物料部门配合,组织供应商MQR会议
Deals with returning and claiming for compensation from supplier for reject parts
供应商不合格品的退货和相关索赔
Be responsible for continuously decrease of SPPM indicators
负责供应商SPPM指标的持续降低
Analyzes supplier quality issues from customer plant and after sales service, judgment of responsibility, improvement of supplier quality issues
对于客户现场及售后服务发现的属于供应商质量的问题进行分析,责任判断,供应商问题改进
Supplier Performance Review供应商业绩评估
Be responsible for reporting supplier parts quality, and participates in supplier performance assessment.

Improves Supplier Quality Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

Competency Requirements (能力要求)
? Bachelor‘s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上学历,机械`工程和相关专业优先.
? 2- 5 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred.2 - 5 年质量工作经验,汽车行业优先.
? Quality management knowledge (TS******, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.)质量管理知识(TS******, 控制计划,FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等)
