- 学习和研究市场上最先进的过滤产品和技术
- 能够熟练的用英语与美国，印度和亚太地区工程师共同工作
- 与内部跨部门小组密切合作，领导新产品项目的开发
- 领导新产品设计、计算机分析、样品制造和测试，以及新产品的投产

教育水平：
- 本科学历，汽车发动机，化学或机械工程专业
- 硕士或博士学历，汽车发动机，化学或机械工程专业优先
技能（技术功能方面）：
- 在汽车行业产品开发方面具有两年的工作经验，熟悉塑料件产品开发。
- 熟练运用AUTO-CAD、PRO/E软件，固体或液体计算分析和机械设计
- 具备柴油发动机方面的知识
- 良好的英语沟通能力（口语、书面及表达）
- 懂得DOE, MSA等先进工程管理方法
- 熟练运动计算机及相关的软件，如MS Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will be responsible for new product development and release of Air, fuel and lube filtration components and systems used on diesel engines.
- This position will lead product design, analysis, prototype, ****, and validation of new components and systems.
- This position will benchmark competitive designs, patents, components and technologies to identify and/or develop world-class components/systems.
- This position will jointly work with English speaking engineers in U.S. A , India and Asia Pacific.
- This position will work closely with cross-functional team and lead the project development.
- This position will technically support OE customers and AM customers
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor Degree of automotive engine，chemical or mechanical engineering
- Master or PhD Degree of automotive engine, chemical or mechanical engineering
SKILLS - FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL:
- 2 years work experience in mechanical design or product development role.
- Auto-cad, Pro-E, solid or fluid computational analysis and mechanical design
- Knowledge of diesel engine
- Good communication (written, verbal, presentation) in English
- DOE, MSA

Cummins Filtration, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cummins Inc., is the leading worldwide designer and manufacturer of filtration products and exhaust systems for heavy-duty diesel powered equipment. We operate 23 production plants in nine countries, design and manufacture more than 7,000 filtration products, along with 3,500 exhaust system products, coolant, fuel additive and other chemicals. In China, Cummins Filtration consists of one wholly-owned company and two joint ventures. They are Cummins Filtration (China), Shanghai Fleetguard Filter Co., Ltd and Xiangfan Fleetguard Exhaust System Co., Ltd.
Located in Shanghai Pudong New Area, Cummins Filtration (Shanghai) is a new production plant which produces filtration medium and final product with first-class quality. To meet the increasing need for advanced filtration technology in China and Asia Pacific Region, this plant will adopt Cummins Filtration’s most advanced technology.
