Job Requirements:

1. Education: College or above
2. Good PC skills.(CAD/Pro-e/UG).Excel,PPT,Word,etc.

6. Strong tooling knowledge and experiences.
7. 6 years history or above in tooling , injection molding, stamping and related equipment

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop and track new project tooling plan, including selecting vendor, tooling RFQ and cost down; tooling design review, tooling debugging and tooling vendor performance evaluation¡£
2. Identify potential new tooling concepts and processes
3. Knowledge of analytical modeling and analysis of tooling concepts and design through ¡°Mold Flow¡± and similar software
4. Lead the design, manufacture and coordinate the procurement of dimensional & functional jigs / fixtures for tooling validation
5. Support Purchasing dept. to evaluate components parts for quote requests.
6. Based on the request from the other department, manage machine workshop to support new project sampling and batch or mass production.
