职位要求

具体岗位描述：

1.大专以上学历，3年以上直流电机行业研发工作经验
2.熟悉DC马达性能指标参数,
3.有较深厚的电机产品设计开发能力，对各种直流有刷电机的设计及开发，马达测试，分析，样板制造，马达零件设计，物料采购及评估，马达生产规格制定，导入生产，主导产品开发全过程，控制研发进度并随时根据客户的要求作出改进设计，达到及超过客户的要求。
4.熟悉AUTOCAD绘图软件及ERP操作系统。
5.有马达设计研发成功案例者优先考虑。
6.此岗位需要使用英语交流，需要英语听说能力可以流利沟通

1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of research and development experience in DC motor industry

2. Familiar with DC motor performance parameters,

3. Have a motor product design and development capability, design and development of various DC brush motors, motor ****ing, analysis, template manufacturing, motor parts design, material procurement and evaluation, motor production specifications formulation, introduction to production, leading the whole process of product development, controlling the progress of research and development and making improvements according to customer requirements at any time to meet and exceed customer requirements.

4. Familiar with AUTOCAD drawing software and ERP operating system.

5. Successful cases of motor design and development are preferred.

6. This position needs to use English to communicate, and needs English listening and speaking ability to communicate fluently
