具体岗位描述：

Job Requirements:

1.College degree or above, major in power electronics, automation, etc

2.More than 2 years of work experience in DC brush motor industry quality control department

3.Familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 quality system, flexible use of quality control 7 techniques

4.Familiar with the use of instruments and tools used in the inspection process (including oscilloscope /LCR/ high voltage ****er/caliper, etc.)

5.Familiar with the application of AQL sampling scheme and related inspection means

6.Familiar with DC brush motor production process

7.The requirement of English listening and speaking ability is a must.


Job responsibilities:

1, responsible for the incoming material inspection/online inspection/finished product inspection to provide the corresponding standards and methods to ensure that the inspector clearly inspection requirements

2. Organize IQC, PQC, QA, ****ers and team leaders to inspect products as required to ensure that only qualified products can be submitted to customers

3, responsible for ISO9001 and TS16949 quality system process and implementation

4. Organize records, reports, identification, review and follow-up treatment of defective products to prevent unintended use of defective products

5. Responsible for handling customer complaints and proposing corrective/preventive measures due to quality problems, and follow up the implementation

6. Assist the engineering department in sample confirmation, and assist the production Department and Purchasing department in supplier review and assessment

7. Planned and presided over internal quality system audit, and reported the operation of quality system to general manager

8. Responsible for the training of quality inspection personnel to improve their inspection level
