Responsibilities
岗位职责:
Customer Quality Response Process 客户质量反应流程
Builds, trains, and manages customer quality team, establishes the quick response process of customer quality service
组建、培训、管理客户现场服务队伍、制定客户现场服务的快速响应流程
Supports for new program trial run assembly in customer plant
新项目客户样件在客户现场试装时的支持
Be responsible for regular investigation of customer satisfaction and driving for improvement of related problems
客户满意度的定期调查、并推进相关问题的改进
Quality Problems Analysis and settlement质量问题的分析和解决
Be responsible for analysis of warranty issues, customer plant issues, execution of constraint actions, and feedback to internal
客户现场问题的初步分析、遏制措施的执行,向内部进行问题反馈
Tracks for result of problem solving in customer plant
对问题改进后在客户现场的效果追踪
Be responsible for regular investigation of customer satisfaction and driving for improvement of related problems
客户满意度的定期调查、并推进相关问题的改进
Collects data related to RPPM and CPPM
RPPM、CPPM指标的数据收集
Customer Discipline Compliances遵守客户纪律
Complies with customer discipline and safety policy, maintains company image and interests.

Continuous Improvement 持续改进
Improves Customer Quality Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes
通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程,提高质量部门的竞争力和客户满意度
Competency Requirements
能力要求:
Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Mechanical, Engineering or related field preferred.本科或以上学历,机械、工程和相关专业优先
3-5 years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry experience preferred. 3-5年质量工作经验,汽车行业优先。
Quality system knowledge (TS16949, control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, Customer Specific System Request, etc.)质量体系知识(TS16949, 控制计划,FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 客户指定系统需求等)
