具体岗位描述:

GENERAL TASK:
1.To identify improvement product/process-ergonomic for productivity improvement
1)To formalize experience feedbacks
2)To realize analysis for product/process/equipment/machines
3)To realize external prospecting
4)To realize a transversal communication on improvement actions

2.To conceive, to adapt equipment for tooling and machines
1)To realize technical analysis
2)To create, modify tooling/equipment according existing model and machines specifications
3)To modify a process/an equipment
4)To make proposal for improvement of tooling/equipment/machines

3.To realize the role of a technical expert in production
1)To bring his support for production in case of a technical problem
2)To teach his experience/technical knowledge
3)To train operators on new equipment and new improvement

4.To lead action plan
1)To define action plans
2)To coordinate different actors of action plan
3)To realize and formalize feed back of experience

5.To participate to the purchase of new machines in relationship with suppliers
1)To define specifications of the machine
2)To coordinate the reception and validation of the machine
3)To realize the layout of the new machine

6.To participate to the process review meeting, OBS and lead some actions.

SPECIFIC TASK:
1.To optimize the sorting area
1)To formalize OEE on these machines
2)To optimize the daily cycle time and stability of machines
3)To organize and formalize training
4)To optimize programs of machines according references used.
5)To organize SMED analysis
6)To administrate the Kaizen Chart of sorting area.
7)Working with various departments such as quality, engineering, maintenance and planning to ensure that customer requirements are met.
8)Take responsibility for sorting area, collect NCR information, analyze root cause with quality and technical
department. Solve problems and train this to other people in same time.
9)Solve all problems that operators meet in production, support all the source they need in their job
10)To work on machine ergonomic

2.To optimize the tapping area
1)To follow up OEE on tapping machines
2)To optimize the daily cycle time and stability of machines
3)To organize and formalize training
4)To optimize programs of machines according references used
5)To organize SMED analysis
6)To administrate the Kaizen Chart of tapping area
7)Working with various departments such as quality, engineering, maintenance and planning to ensure that customer
requirements are met
8)Take responsibility for tapping area, collect NCR information, analyze root cause with quality and technical
department. Solve problems and train this to other people in same time.
9)Solve all problems that operators meet in production, support all the source they need in their job
10)To realize measurement and improvement on tooling life
11)To launch mass production on Taiwanese tapping machines
12)To implement the micro lubrication

RECOMMANDATIONS
1.The process engineer will be clearly focused on sorting and tapping area.
2.He will not be directly in charge of people of these areas but his leadership must be enough strong to succeed in his task.
3.He must be able to make the link with BOF.
4.The process engineer can be also assigned to some tasks not included in this job description.
5.He will have to spend most of this time in the workshop and not in the office and mustn\'t be afraid of manual work in dirty conditions.
6.The process engineer must have the capacity to work independently and make initiative to succeed in targets given by the management.
7.Other duty assigned by the management.


1.Familiar with the producing process, machines and principle of the product

2.Familiar with the technical knowledge of the process of the product

3.Minimum college degree with a general engineering background both mechanical and electrical

4.2-5 years and above working experience in a similar position

5.Chinese for mother language, necessary fluent in English

6.Good computer skills particularly concerning Excel, PowerPoint and ERP

7.Strong leadership required, good communication manpower organization and deployment skills

Must be familiar with CNC production process and know Cold Forging & Tapping process is preferred.
