JobDescription:工作指导书

SupplierQualityCorrectionManagement:供应商质量与整改管理

1.ImplementandmonitorkeyperformanceindicatorsforsupplierstofocusanddriveperformancebasedonMeasurementofPerformance-(DPM,OTD,CARs,etc).执行与监督所辖供应商的关键表现指标并基于指标协助改善（交货合格率、准时交货率、整改行动等）

2.Maintainauditingprocedurestoreviewsupplier’sprogressagainstqualityplanningbyvisitingsuppliersfrequentlyandregularlyandfollowupwithfoundissuescorrection;维护审核程序，通过经常审核供应商和跟进问题的解决来评估供应商的质量改进计划是否完成；

3.AssureSupplierCARreportsarewellcommunicatedwithsuppliersandtherootcausehasbeenidentifiedwithacceptedwrittenreplyinatimelymanner.VerifySupplierCARresponsesattheSupplier'slocationtoconfirmallprocessdocumentation,controlplansandconclusionsaddressRootcause.确保供应商的整改行动报告得到有效的沟通，及时准确地得到供应商关于根本原因的分析和处置的回复。在供应商现场验证整改行动的回复是否得到及时贯彻、相关文件如过程文件和控制计划得到更新，根本原因得到解决。

4.Heavilyinvolvedintheproblemsolvingandcountermeasureplanwithsuppliersintheeventofqualitydefects;当出现质量缺陷时，深入参与供应商的问题解决与防范的行动；

5.Undertakein-depthinvestigationsbothanalyticalandpracticaltogetherwithsuppliersandindependentlytosolvepotentialproblemsearlyandensurequalityofcomponentsproducedbythesuppliers;与供应商采取理论分析和实际行动的深度调查，从而帮助供应商提早防范问题的发生，并确保所生产的产品质量完好。

6.CoordinatewithLogisticsforconsistentproblemsuppliers.当供应商总是有问题的时候，协助物流部门跟进订单。

7.WorkasMRBmembertodecideonthedispositionoftheNon-ConformancePartscausedbyVendors.作为物料评审团队参与决定由于供应商导致的不合格品的处置。

8.CommunicatewithinternalandexternalcustomersinalltheaspectsofqualityissuesrelatedtoVendors.与内部或者外部客户就任何涉及供应商的质量问题进行沟通协调。

9.DevelopandmaintainallIncomingInspectionDocumentsforgoodsintoourShoporFinishedProductsInspectionDocumetnsfordirectshippartsandtrainQCteamtounderstandandmastertheincomingmethods;撰写并完善所有进入工厂的进料检验的文件或供应商直接发运的出货前检验文件，并培训质检人员懂得和掌握检验的方法。


PotentialSupplierDevelopment:潜在供应商开发

1.LookforpotentialsuppliersthatcanmeetIBCC’srequirements.寻找能够满足IBCC公司需求的潜在供应商。

2.Makepreliminarysituationanalysisofpotentialsupplierstoassesstheirsuitability,currentandpotentialperformancelevelandmakerecommendationfordevelopmentornot.(ConductAudits);对潜在供应商进行初步评审以确定其是否满足我们的需要，其目前和未来的绩效表现，并作出开发与改善的推荐。

3.Secureappropriatesupportfromandestablisheffectiveandtimelycommunicationwiththeorganizationtobeabletodeliverthedevelopmentandlaunchofnewsuppliers.与供应商建立起有效与及时地沟通关系，并获取适当的支持，从而能够推动供应商改善和新项目的开发。


NewProject:新项目开发

1.Toparticipateintheprojectteamandholdfullinchargeoftheprojectdevelopmentwithvendorsoncastingproductsfrombeginningtoapproval.参与新项目小组，全面负责铸件供应商德从开始到批准的产品开发。

2.ObtainRFQandconductinitialnegotiation,DraftContracts,Assureallqualityactivitiesfornewprojectsareunderstood,planned,andfollowedbythesupplierswithProjectTeam;获取报价和初步谈价、起草合同，确保项目所有的要求被供应商理解，计划设定和跟进。

3.Reviewandapprovesuppliers’castingsamplesandqualityreportsincludingallsupportingdocumentssuchasControlPlans,etctosubmittointernalcustomers.审核与批准供应商铸件产品以及所有质量报告包括支持文件如控制计划等，并提交给内部客户。

4.AssureforeachnewpartnumberallIBCCqualityactivitiesarereviewed,aplanisdevelopedandfollowedbythesupplier,andinternalqualitydocumentsaredone.确认每一个新产品的所有质量行动得以贯彻与执行，包括供应商完成相应的文件以及内部检测文件的完成。

KeyCompetencies:关键能力

1.Solidknowledgeoffoundryexperience,ironorsteelcastingexperiencebysandingcastingorinvestmentcasting.Machiningexperiencewouldbeaplus.有较强的铸造厂经验与知识，熟悉沙铸和精密铸造的铸铁、铸钢。如有机加工知识更佳。

2.Workingknowledgeofqualitytoolsproblemsolvingmethodologysuchas-FMEA,ControlPlan,APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,8D,etc.熟悉和使用过质量工具以及问题解决的方式如FMEA,ControlPlan,APQP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,8D,etc.

3.EffectivereadwrittenEnglishskills;VerbalEnglishisaplus.有效的英语读写能力；如能够口语更佳。

4.Strongownership,teamspiritandtimemanagementskill;有很强的责任感、团队精神和时间管理能力；

5.Gooddataanalyzingandplanningability;良好的数据分析和计划能力；

6.Excellentcomputerskills,especiallyinexcel.很好的计算机使用能力，特别是Excel.
