Responsibilities

-SupportSalesprogramteamtounderstand,analyzeandspecifycustomerrequirements,conferencecallweeklyormorefrequentrequired;

-GetearlyAGMinvolvementinCustomers'advancedesign;

-UseQFDmethodologytoworkoutsolutions,Generateproduct/systemfunctionalandperformancespecificationdocument;

-Developanddesignelectricelectronicsystemincludingcircuitcalculationanddesign,debugginganddefectanalysis;

-WorkwithUSteamandsupplierstoimproveandachievegoodoverallsystemperformance;

-Conductbenchtest/simulationforsystem/vehiclelevelanalysis,Verifyproductfunctionandperformanceagainstspecificationonbenchandinvehicle;

-Providetechnicalsupport,troublingshootingforproductapplicationissues;

Qualifications

-B.SDegreeinElectrical/Electronics/telecommunication/mechatronics/automationorequivalent;

-2+yearsexperienceincircuitdesignanddevelopment,haveoverallRprocessconcept,experienceinautomotiveorLEDlightingelectronicspreferred;

-ExperienceinusingCADtoolse.g.AutoCAD/Pro-e/UG/Matlab/Simulinkforsystemdesign,analysisandsimulation;

-FamiliarwithSMTandtesting,debuggingprocesses,softwareprogrammingtelecommunicationBUSexperiencepreferred;

-StrongtechnicalEnglishreading/writingandverbalcommunicationskillsarerequired;

-Quickinlearningandunderstandingnewproductsandtechnologies;

-Knowledgepreferredinstructuredproblemsolvingskills/8D,TS16949/APQP,projectmanagements;

-KnowledgeofPCapplications,e.g.,MSexcel,PowerPoint,Project;
