? 协助工程师调整、制作工位器具及工具
? 按照年度、周设备维修保养计划进行设备维修保养
? 生产线巡查,及时发现操作者对设备的不良操作,制止并反馈到设备工程师
? 按照设备维修程序,做好维修记录和备件使用记录等
? 协助工程师进行设备安装、调试、设备验收等
任职资格:
? 大专以上学历,机械或电气专业;能阅读英文图纸
? 应届生或1年以上制造型企业工作经验,有工厂设备维修经验,熟悉数控机床等设备维修尤佳
? 熟悉机械或电气维修,动手能力强;

岗位职责:
POSITION SUMMARY
HUSCO is seeking an energetic, driven and forward thinking individual to provide support and service to employees and managerial staff in the functional areas of human resources to include: Compensation and Benefits, Organization and development. With minimal supervision, this individual will strive to make their specialty area world class and will provide systematic and strategic approaches to attract, develop, retain and motivate the very best employees in our industry. This position will require close collaboration with HUSCO’s client facing global HR team.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Compensation & Benefits
? Determine strategy and participate in developing and maintaining compensation structure and career ladders up to and including the executive level.
? Monitor salary structures and benefits programs including review & analysis, internal promotion, external hires, market benchmarking.
? Improve C&B process to ensure HR operation effectiveness and efficiency.
? Monitor and analyze labor cost movement and justify it rationality.
? To be conduct annual merit increase, monthly and end year bonus plan review and benefits programs
? Be in charge of the operation and implement of C&B,such as timely prepare accurate monthly payroll (including local and expatriates employee) and benefits applications, and complete the transaction of the social insurance and business insurance
? Maintain and updating HR ADP System and all employee information ;
? Maintaining confidentially concerning termination and non-renewal documents
? Provide timely payroll information and monitor on the process, question and answer, statement and salary slips;
? Perform annual tax filing for all employees;
? Prepares appropriate government reports and documents
? Monitor launch China payroll system if needs
? Other assigned tasks regarding compensation and benefit or HR related
HR Functions and Projects Support
? Employee Relations (Legal issues documentation, ER activities coordination)
? HR Communications/Employee activities
? Will independent to recruiting all office position, but not include Manager level position
? Will provide training & development function to learn if needs
Strong Team Player and Contributor
? Able to work well with colleagues and produce results within a fast-paced and high pressure atmosphere.
? Combines strong attention to detail with an orientation towards results/execution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
? At least 5 years of working manufacturing experience in C&B functions,
? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
? ADP HR/Perspective and Payroll software and related reporting tools preferred
? Ability to read, write and speak English.
? Highly confidential in all aspects of department or organization interaction.
? Ability to read and analyze professional journals, procedure manuals and labor agreements.
? Action oriented, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Able to multitask and produce results within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
? Requires a familiarity with HR policies and record keeping requirements.
