1、参与编制项目的年度实施计划和季、月度计划：年度实施计划和季、月度计划中参与编写的部分要有针对性，能够体现项目特点，符合业主要求，内容要全面，具有较强的操作性。编写过程中能够积极主动的向控制经理提出自己的合理化建议 。
2、根据年度、季度、月度项目计划平衡会计划平衡情况及时修改、完善计划：审查项目网络进度计划，检查进度计划的执行情况，必要时对进度计划进行调整，负责进度测量，提出进度偏差报告。
3、编制汇总各类周、月、年统计报表，检查工程建设计划执行情况，对完成情况作统计及初步分析：能够及时、准确地编制各类周、月、年统计报表。报表要有针对性，符合业主要求，内容要全面，具有较强的操作性。对计划的执行情况要准确、全面了解。及时、全面、系统地完成各项统计工作，及时找出偏差并作出合理分析。偏差分析要符合现场的实际情况，分析要有一定深度。
4、网络计划管理
依据设计、采购信息，参与编制并跟踪调整工程项目总体网络计划，对项目总体进展情况作分析，并提出合理化建议。
5、统计管理
研究统计分析方法，确保统计结果的科学合理，并将有关信息整理后交所在项目组控制经理。
