1、根据销售进度进行合理的药品采购,保证库存安全量;
2、规范、协调采购政策和行为,把握进货渠道的合法性,保证药品质量优质,价格合理;
3、了解药品信息及价格,正确执行药品价格政策,保证药品价格的准确性。
4、处理协调问题产品(退货、滞销、破损、近效期)
5、新品引进;
6、药品信息的维护,保证其准确性;
7、处理日常办公事务,完成领导交办其他工作。
任职要求:
1、药学或医学、生物、化学等相关专业中专以上学历;
2、熟悉GSP相关法规、熟练使用OFFICE、时空、中标数据网等办公软件;
3、熟悉湖北省医保政策,及医保药品分类管理;
4、至少1年以上药品采购相关工作经验;
5、较强的沟通协调能力,工作任劳任怨。
6、具有良好的团队合作意识。
7、有一定的上游厂家采购资源或新品引进工作经验优先考虑。

Responsibilities Manage the HR functions with emphasis on setup and continuous improvements in all aspects of operations processes, including direct labor & staff recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, employee relations and training within the manufacturing site Develop HR strategies that support the attainment of business goals and objectives Manage talent acquisition efforts for direct labor and staff recruitment to ensure the positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner in response to business demand Lead all labor relations activities for the site, including staff orientation and recreation activities, and serve as a key member of the employee engagement team to employee relations developments to prevent disputes Administer and review employee compensation & benefits of the site to ensure market competitiveness Coordinate training and development programs to cope with operational needs of the site Build effective working and communication relationships with staff across all levels of the organization Provide coaching to HR staff Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field with 10 years or above solid experience in general HR practices with prior team leading experience Solid experience gained from manufacturing industry, preferably with working experience in the use of advanced HR Information System (e.g. application technology of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Facial Recognition) Strong industry knowledge and conversant with general HR practices Proven experience in efficient recruitment of direct labor is required In-depth knowledge in labor legislations and experience in employee relations and government liaison Self-starter with strong leadership skill; business focus and strong analytical skill Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Native Mandarin and well versed in spoken and written English We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
