1、协助制定公司营销战略,根据营销战略制定公司营销计划,经公司批准后组织实施;
2、定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析及时调整营销策略和计划,制定预防和纠正措施,确保完成营销目标和营销计划;
3、主持制订、修订营销系统管理的工作程序,经批准后实施;
4、参与营销中心年度培训计划及实施;
5、参与组织编制并按时向上级领导汇报营销合同签订、履行情况及指标完成情况;
6、参与组织、推行、检查和落实营销中心工作;
7、组织营销部(含销售部及市场部)的整体发展、规划、团队建设;
8、参与组织在编制范围内对所属部门的营销部人员进行聘用、考核、调配、晋升、惩罚和解聘;
