Department Administration 部门管理Establishes commercial department administration process, including travel, entertainment, expense reports, etc., Manages the commercial department to align with the process and company policy建立商务部门的管理流程,包括差旅、娱乐、报销等,管理商务部门符合公司管理条例

Phase One Process 一阶段流程Leads Phase-one process (proposal and quotation), works closely with SDT, provides necessary program information to the SDT, and develops quotation proposal and strategy领导一阶段(产品方案和报价)流程, 与同步开发小组紧密合作,提供必要的项目信息给协同开发小组,制订产品报价方案和战略
Quotation产品报价Supports finances to prepare Business plan. Reviews quotation documents and quotes to the customers. Negotiates with customer about the product price, payment term, Engineering Investment (ED&D) & Recovery of Economics. Leads the negotiation when there are engineering changes. Responsible for the profitability of the program支持财务(成本分析)准备业务计划书,审阅报价单并给客户报价。和客户就产品报价、付款条件、工程设计开发费用回收、经济条件回收等进行谈判,领导工程更改费用谈判.对项目的利润率负责
Account Management客户管理Sets up and keeps in close communication and cooperation with senior management of clients. Consolidates the business relationship运用各种策略和方法,与客户中高层的中外方管理者建立并保持经常、密切、良好的沟通与合作关系,建立并巩固业务关系
Manages the receivable 管理应收款Manages the accounts receivable and other ED&D, tooling cost on time payment from customer管理应收帐款,以及其他工程开发,模具工装费用的客户及时付款
