招聘对象： 社会人才
1、燃料电池汽车整车、动力电控系统关键电路解决方案的研究，进行技术可行性分析论证。
2、关键电子元器件的选型和功能、性能及可靠性验证。
3、承担硬件方案设计和详细电路设计，完成DFMEA、电路原理图、PCB图设计、BOM文件编制，相关技术文档的编写。
4、样机制作，编写硬件测试大纲，并根据测试计划实施测试和硬件电路调试。
5、配合软件工程师进行产品功能和性能调试，编制系统相关的规范化文件及可靠性测试标准。
岗位要求：
1、自动控制、计算机、电子等相关专业应届硕士或本科以上学历，具备2年以上相关工作经验，具有独立研发能力或领导研发团队经历。
2、优秀的口头及书面沟通能力。
3、敬业、诚信，具备良好的团队合作精神、严密的逻辑思维以及高效沟通能力。
4、精通C/C++或汇编语言，掌握嵌入式系统开发流程，熟悉MCU、DSP、MPU等嵌入式处理器开发。
5、具备独立开展研究工作能力，有汽车动力电控系统或变速箱控制等方面工作经验者优先。
6、具有VCU开发经验，熟悉常见主控芯片，熟悉CAN总线协议、AUTOSAR规范优先。
