工作职责Duties
1.负责解决产线发生的质量问题
Disposing and tracking quality issue
2.配合项目负责前期项目质量直至零件PPAP认可
Cooperate with project responsible for the early stage of the project quality to parts PPAP approval
3.对不合格品进行评估和处理
Responsible for assess and deal with non-conforming product
4.负责对现场QC的管理和指导工作
Responsible for the management and direction of the on-site QC
5.对产线质量记录进行分析和控制
Analyze and control the quality records of the production line
6.负责控制计划，检验指导书的制定以及更新
responsible for drafting and update the work instruction and SIP
7.汇总处理客户反馈信息对现场人员进行培训，提高现场人员质量意识
Summary of processing customer feedback on-site staff training, improve the quality awareness of site personnel
8.处理客户质量投诉，撰写8D报告，并追踪到问题解决
Deal with customer quality complaints, writing 8D report, and track to solve the problem
9.应对客户稽核与评审，积极采取相关改善措施
Respond to customer audit and review, and actively take relevant improvements
10.主持召开质量会议，协调各部门参与质量工作
Chaired a quality meeting, to coordinate the various departments involved in quality work
11.编制月度质量报告
Make monthly quality report
12.每月产线审核，对产线质量问题进行收集并改善
Monthly production line audit, Collection and improve the quality problems of the production line

任职资格equirements:
1.大学学历或以上，机械或自动化专业
Bachelor or above，Mechanical or automatic control
2.接受过质量相关知识方面的培训，如质量五大工具，8D问题解决方法，TS******质量体系。
Familiar with 8D-Problem Solving, TS****** quality management system and five tool
3.3年以上相关工作经验
3 years　QA supervisor experience or above
4.核心技能和素质Key Skills and Competency
(1) 质量控制和管理经验，过程能力质量控制
Quality control and management experience, process quality control skill
(2) 具备较强的沟通能力和谈判技巧
With strong communication skills and negotiation skills
(3) 办公软件操作熟练（如： Excel）
Office software skills (eg: Excel)
(4) 能写英文8D报告
Writting 8D report in English.
(5) 熟练掌握质量五大工具
